Induction motors for ventilation of furnaces, ovens and autoclaves

ET Range

Fans direct drive

Basic principe

The mixing or circulating fan is directly mounted on the motor shaft. This shaft is custom designed and made of steel of his choice, ranging from standard XC48 to stainless or refactory steel.

Power

As the power is given by the furnace or fan manufacturer, the motor is stipulated according to the mechanical data of the shaft end as well as of the fan (fan weight, centre of gravity). Power range: from 0.37kW to 420kW

Areas

The motors for ventilation of furnaces, ovens and autoclaves have been adapted to work in the following areas: air, nitrogen, neutral gas, ammonia, hydrogen and argon.

Advantages

No wear parts.
Increase in reliability and in life time of the whole installation.
Lower installation costs.
Lower maintenance costs.
Gain in space requirements compared to a bell furnace installation. Possibility to use a frequency converter.
